The Azerbaijan HR Institute continues its success on the international stage. As a logical continuation of its successful activities in the field of human capital development over the past five years, the Azerbaijan HR Institute was officially accepted as a member of the European Association for People Management (EAPM) by the decision of the Board of Directors, effective from July 1, 2024. This is a significant historical achievement for our country in the field of human resources. (https://eapm.org/azerbaijan)
Emil Huseynov, Founder and Director of the Azerbaijan HR Institute, stated that the European Association for People Management (EAPM) was established in 1962. The Association brings together national HR associations and professional institutions from 37 European countries that serve the development of human capital. The main objective of the EAPM is to improve the management and development of human capital and to advance professional practice standards in this field.
Based on the third of the five national priorities outlined in the "Azerbaijan 2030: National Priorities for Socio-Economic Development" approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, on February 2, 2021, which focuses on "Competitive Human Capital and Modern Innovations," the Azerbaijan HR Institute is committed to promoting progressive approaches in management and human resources in our country and implementing the most innovative practices for the development of human capital in workplaces through education, learning, and international representation.
We would like to note that the Azerbaijan HR Institute successfully organized the "Baku International HR Forum 2022," the "Global HR Summit 2023," and the "World HR Summit 2024," bringing together HR Directors of local and international organizations, leaders of the world's leading consulting firms, and representatives of government institutions.
