Organizational Development Certification Program

The "Organizational Development" certification program is designed for individuals seeking to acquire professional knowledge and skills in continuously improving organizational strategies, cultures, internal processes, and optimizing interdepartmental communication.

Language of Instruction: Azerbaijani

Format: Online (via Zoom)

Duration: 1.5 months – 20 hours (Twice a week, 19:30-21:30)

Training Materials: Presentations and video recordings of sessions

Certificate Format: Digital and paper copies
