Human Resources Specialist Training Program is designed to provide essential theoretical and practical knowledge to participants taking their first steps in HR, support their transition into the HR field, and prepare them for professional activity.

Language of instruction: Azerbaijani
Training format: Hybrid
Duration: 2 months – 24 hours (2 days a week – 19:30-21:00)
Study materials: Presentations and class video recordings
Certificate format: Digital and hard copy

Modules:

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Candidate selection, interview methods, evaluation, and building effective onboarding systems;

• Labor Law: Labor contracts, leaves, business trips, working hours, and legal grounds for employment termination;

• HR Administration: Document management and handling personnel changes;

• ALMS System: Recruitment, position creation, amendments, and termination procedures in the Labor and Employment Subsystem (ALMS);

• Compulsory Insurance Bureau (CIB): Preparation of insurance contracts and annual policy addendums;

• Training and Development (L&D): Identifying training needs, organizing programs, and career development planning;

• Certification: Practice based on real case studies, a final test exam, and digital/hard copy certificates based on results.
