Azerbaijan HR Institute remains committed to supporting aspiring young people and human capital in Azerbaijan. As part of this remit, Azerbaijan HR Institute acted as a partner in the "Employability Week" organized at "ADA" University on April 18-27, 2022.
Azerbaijan HR Institute's professional trainers shared their insights on the following topics and various soft skills needed in today's business world, and personal branding and use of digital networking in job-hunting:
The role of Emotional Intelligence;
Industry Insights;
Meeting Interview skills;
Building skills and work ethic for success;
Entrepreneurship and innovation;
Personal branding and digital networking.
The purpose of the trainings was to increase awareness among 2-4 year and master's students of "ADA" University about career trends and to create a connection between students and potential employers, including informing the participants about the necessary technical knowledge related to specific fields of activity.
At the end of the employment week, an evaluation session was held with the students who participated in the training, and the 4 ADA University students who showed the highest results as a result of the evaluation participated in a 2-month HR internship program at the Azerbaijan HR Institute. The purpose of the "HR Internship" program of the Azerbaijan HR Institute is to teach basic practical knowledge and skills of modern human resources management to young people and university graduates who want to build a career in human resources and to support their future career development.
