About the Forum

The Baku International HR Forum (BIHRF) is a global forum that brings together influential professionals in the field of human resources. It aims to share the latest global innovations, modern advancements, and technological developments in HR, as well as diverse experiences through dialogues, discussions, and exchanges of ideas. The forum is organized by the Azerbaijan HR Institute.

The Baku International HR Forum (BIHRF) will take place on January 28, 2022, at the Baku Boulevard Hotel, featuring leaders from prestigious global organizations, renowned HR executives, government officials, businesspeople, entrepreneurs, and HR professionals. The forum will host up to 280 participants, in accordance with current pandemic regulations.

Forum Concept

The forum embraces the theme of developing human capital and shaping a workforce that meets modern demands, with a focus on the innovations brought about by current and future technological advancements. This concept aligns with one of the "National Priorities" outlined in the "Azerbaijan 2030: National Priorities for Socio-Economic Development," approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, on February 2, 2021. The priority is titled "Competitive Human Capital and Modern Innovations," emphasizing the development of human capital and the formation of competitive workforce potential in line with contemporary standards.
