Under the coordination of Baku Business University and funded by the European Commission, the closing ceremony of the "Strategic Human Resource Management" training program was held by the Azerbaijan HR Institute as part of the Erasmus+ project titled “Establishment of the Conference of Rectors in Azerbaijan” (ECAR), involving 16 higher education institutions.

Under the coordination of Baku Business University, the closing ceremony of the "Strategic Human Resource Management" training program was held by the Azerbaijan HR Institute as part of the Erasmus+ project titled “Establishment of the Conference of Rectors in Azerbaijan” (ECAR), funded by the European Commission, and involving the following 16 higher education institutions:
During the event, hosted by Baku Business University, the University's Rector, Prof. Ibad Abbasov, emphasized that human resources are currently one of the crucial links in management. He expressed his high regard for the activities of the Azerbaijan HR Institute in this area and congratulated the human resources representatives of the higher education institutions, wishing them success in their future endeavors.
Following this, Gülşən Bayramova, the ECAR project coordinator and head of the University-Industry Cooperation Department at Baku Business University, highlighted that one of the main goals of the ECAR project is to enhance the management skills of higher education institutions. She emphasized the special importance given to organizing training on human resources within this framework.
Emil Huseynov, Founder and Director of the Azerbaijan HR Institute, spoke about the importance of human capital development in our country, improving management in higher education, strategic human resources management, and the need for innovative approaches in this direction.
The "Strategic Human Resource Management" training program, successfully conducted by the professional trainer of the Azerbaijan HR Institute, Fəzilə Əsgərova, was organized into a total of six modules: Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Learning and Development, Talent Management, Measurement and Analytics, and Business Leadership.
The purpose of this training program, conducted by the Azerbaijan HR Institute, is to improve human resources management in higher education institutions.
