☀️ HR Summer Fest 2026: A Summer Gathering Connecting HR Professionals Across Borders!
Organized by the Azerbaijan HR Institute, with the Maldives Association for Human Resources Professionals (MAHRP) as the main partner, HR Summer Fest 2026 took place on August 22.
Held at Ramada by Wyndham Baku, the event brought together HR and business professionals from Azerbaijan and around the world. The event aimed to strengthen professional connections within the HR community, foster international collaboration, and create new and engaging networking opportunities for participants.
The event opened with remarks from Emil Huseynov, Founder and Director of the Azerbaijan HR Institute, Ahmed Ibrahim, President of MAHRP, and Afeef Hussain, Vice President of MAHRP.
In their opening remarks, the speakers highlighted the importance of expanding international cooperation in the HR field and facilitating knowledge and experience exchange among professionals from different countries.
HR Summer Fest 2026 offered an opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, build new professional relationships, and celebrate the spirit of the HR community in a relaxed summer atmosphere.

The event featured special sessions, interactive activities, entertainment programs, and various surprises for attendees.
As part of the professional program, Gülnur Göksel, Founder & CEO of Neosis Consulting from Türkiye, delivered an HR TED Talk titled “HR Coaching – From What’s Wrong? to What’s Possible?”
The evening continued with a music program and a variety of entertainment formats. The event concluded in a warm and engaging atmosphere, providing participants with further opportunities for networking and discussions around potential collaborations.
